About The Role We are looking for a Full Time agile, experienced Bookkeeper to join our expanding bookkeeping team working in the Mornington Peninsual and accross all our locations.

The work will begin with bookkeeping & BAS's and over time grow to a trainee accountant role in accounting & taxation.

The role provides variety working with several of our clients alongside our energetic team of professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Alongside our accounting team, you will work with our small to medium business clients and provide general bookkeeping and payroll services, including:

- Accounts Receivable/Payable.
- Business Activity Statements
- Bank reconciliation.
- Payroll processing STP and PAYG & superannuation reconciliation.
- Monthly/quarterly reporting.
- Assisting in the preparation of Instalment & Business Activity Statements.




- Experience with managing multiple clients and multi-tasking.
- Sound knowledge of Xero & MYOB .
- A sound working knowledge of basic accounting practices is required
- Proficiency with excel.
- Highly organised.
- A minimum of 3+ years bookkeeping experience.
- Ability to work autonomously but also operate as part of a team.

You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and efficient individual with exceptional attention to detail, time-management and prioritisation skills. In addition, you will have excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and the ability to naturally build relationships with our clients.
