The Trustee for Waheguru Family Trust Taxi cabs SA Pty Ltd located in Port Augusta is seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic to service and repair a diverse fleet, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient vehicle performance. The role involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults, supporting timely maintenance to minimise downtime. responsibilities Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a diverse fleet of vehicles Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety and roadworthy standards Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise breakdowns and downtime Accurately record all work completed, parts used, and service history Respond to urgent repairs and breakdowns as required to support fleet operations Maintain a clean, safe,



and compliant workshop environment Work collaboratively with team members to ensure fleet reliability and operational efficiency Qualification &

experience Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar (required) 2-2.5 years of experience as a Motor Mechanic (mandatory) Sound understanding of workplace health and safety standards and compliance requirements Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to report faults and work effectively in a team.
