Project Description The MPO (Mobility, Platforms & Operations) Functional Consultant provides expert‑level functional consulting, solution leadership, and strategic guidance across complex mobility, platform, and operational technology environments. The MPO Functional Consultant acts as a senior advisor, influencing end‑to‑end solution outcomes, shaping delivery approaches, and ensuring functional excellence across programs.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Extensive experience as a functional consultant within mobility, platform, or operational technology environments
- Deep understanding of functional processes, operating models, and end‑to‑end workflows across MPO domains
- Proven ability to design functional architectures and lead functional transformation initiatives
- Strong experience translating business requirements into functional documentation, specifications, and solution designs
- Demonstrated ability to work in complex, integrated technology ecosystems across multiple vendors or platforms
- Experience leading large‑scale workshops and facilitating senior‑level stakeholder engagement
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities across multi‑layered business and technical landscapes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and advisory skills suitable for senior and executive stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working in agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments
- Required Australian Citizenship and Mandatory AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
- NV1 Clearance is preferred
