Available Positions

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our Narellan surrounding centre's in the following roles: Room Assistants - Full Time (Mon-Fri ) 38 hours Room Assistants - Part Time (Mon-Fri ) 30 hours The Role These positions require qualified early childhood professionals who are committed to providing high-quality education and care. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Montessori Academy’s outstanding educational program and support the holistic development of children.

Roles, You Will Build strong, nurturing relationships with children

Develop and implement the Children’s Program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children and staff

Uphold the service’s philosophy in all aspects of your work

Communicate effectively with families regarding daily events and children’s progress

Maintain observations and documentation of individual children's development Essential Criteria Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)

Current Working With Children Check

First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)





Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and EYLF

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Robust understanding of the importance of family engagement
