30xyGroup Pty Ltd is a leading provider of specialised civil services including CCTV pipeline inspections, Non-Destructive Digging (NDD), service locating, and concrete cutting. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, safe, and productive solutions to Tier 1 contractors, local councils, and private clients across Victoria. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced NDD Operator to join our expanding team.
The Role
This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who is experienced, reliable, and committed to safety and quality workmanship. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting Non-Destructive Digging (vac truck) operations
- Maintaining vehicles, plant, and equipment to a high standard
- Ensuring compliance with all OH&S; and site-specific requirements
- Liaising professionally with clients and site supervisors
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience operating NDD / vacuum excavation trucks
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Valid HR Driver’s License (preferred)
- Strong understanding of site safety and risk management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable but not essential
- Confined Space Ticket
- Traffic Management Tickets
- Service locating experience
- RIICCM training or similar industry qualifications
