Cisco Network/ Unified Communications Engineer (UC)- Cisco focused - $850-$950 per day - Sydney - Hybrid

About the role

This Network/ UC Engineer will focus on strong networking fundamentals across Cisco (routing switching) as well as telephony and UC technologies

You will support and enhance cloud-based telephony platforms, working closely with network, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver an enterprise wide Communications uplift.

Duties/Key responsibilities

- Strong core Networking skills (Cisco, routing, switching)
- Support and manage Cisco UCC and UCCX platforms in a cloud workplace
- Deliver and maintain contact centre voice telephony solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network-related issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements and upgrades
- Ensure performance, availability,



and security of communication systems

Skills and experience

- Strong experience with Cisco UCC, UCCX, and cloud voice technologies
- Solid background in contact centre telephony
- Broad networking knowledge (routing, switching, QoS, SIP)
- Proven troubleshooting and support experience in enterprise environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
