The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting customers
- Identifying customers’ vehicle requirements and recommending suitable solutions
- Responding to, logging and following up sales enquiries
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments
- Following the dealership’s established sales process
- Maintaining a high standard of vehicle and dealership presentation
- Building robust customer relationships
- Achieving individual and dealership sales targets and KPIs
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

About You

We are looking for someone who has:
- Genuine and honest customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills




- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong initiative
- A drive to succeed and achieve sales targets
- A current WA driver’s licence
- A valid Motor Vehicle Salesperson’s Licence
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- A passion for the automotive industry

Previous automotive sales experience will be highly regarded.
