In this role, you will lead a highly skilled team of oncology nurses within a day oncology setting, and will oversee chemotherapy governance, maintain rigorous safety and accreditation standards,
support clinical trial activity, and drive continuous quality improvement across the unit. This is a dynamic and exciting role, suited to someone with strong leadership capabilities and excellent clinical knowledge.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
- Hold ADAC and be competent in administering chemotherapy
- Demonstrated experience in Medical Oncology
- Proven leadership experience at Nurse Unit Manager level (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of oncology governance, safety standards, and quality improvement frameworks
- Full working rights in Australia (desirable but not essential)
