Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and health IT scenarios for accuracy, safety, and real-world applicability
Translate nursing workflows and clinical documentation practices into structured feedback that improves AI model outputs
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic representations in AI-generated EHR and informatics content
Assess AI responses related to clinical data, patient documentation, and health information systems
Provide detailed, structured feedback using evaluation rubrics and written commentary
Work independently and asynchronously — on your schedule Who You Are Registered Nurse (RN)
or equivalent clinical professional with experience in nursing informatics or health IT
Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and nursing care standards
Ability to critically evaluate clinical content and communicate findings clearly in writing
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or clinical data evaluation
Background in health information management or clinical decision support
Familiarity with AI systems or participation in AI/ML training projects
