About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist at Chrome Health, you’ll deliver meaningful, person-centred care that helps people build confidence, independence, and connection. You’ll:

Complete functional capacity assessments and develop practical intervention plans that support people to live with greater autonomy and confidence.

Help individuals build skills in daily living, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and community participation through compassionate, trauma-informed practice.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide truly wrap-around care.

Support people across home, community, supported accommodation, telehealth, and clinic environments - wherever support is most meaningful.

Create safety, connection, and dignity in every interaction. We focus on partnership, not compliance.

About

You

You’re an Occupational Therapist who believes people are more than their diagnosis.

You’ll bring

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.

Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and documentation skills.

Experience supporting children, adolescents, or adults with psychosocial, neurological, developmental, or physical disabilities (community and disability experience highly valued).





A passion for trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based practice.

Confidence working independently, managing your time, and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

A genuine respect for lived experience and a belief that every person deserves to be understood, valued, and supported.
