This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing, therapist-led organisation that specialises in home-based OT services for older adults. Whether you're a graduate or an experienced clinician, you’ll be supported to deliver high-impact therapy in a calm, balanced way.

The Role

You’ll support older adults (65+) who receive Home Care Packages across Melbourne’s West, North and CBD. The caseload includes functional assessments, assistive technology recommendations, home modifications (including SDA/SIL), equipment trials, and falls prevention. You’ll meet clients at home or at showrooms, with all travel kept within 30 minutes of your location. Report writing is streamlined, with no involvement in NDIS—giving you more time for client care.
