Summary:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Team Leader to oversee a dedicated team of therapists within the Health & Safety sector. In this role, you will provide leadership, support, and guidance to ensure high-quality care for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in occupational therapy and a passion for team development, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of our services.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of occupational therapists, providing mentorship and support.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss client progress and team performance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programmes.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in occupational therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
