The program The ACT Division has local and national programs that include Aged Care Visiting and Telephone Services, Emergency Services, Humanitarian Settlement Program, Birth Family Advocacy Support Service, International Humanitarian Law and Delivered Meals. The ACT Division has a Divisional Council and a Youth Advisory Committee these are made up of recruited volunteers who support the ACT Division with activities and events to promote the work of the ACT Division. The prospect The role of Office Administration Volunteer is to support the work of the Executive Assistants (EA) and other staff as required. You will work alongside staff to assist with the day-to-day running of the ACT Division office based in Garran. Tasks may include printing and scanning of documents, handling mail, room set up for face-to-face meetings, assisting with events, organising catering for meetings and other ad hock tasks as required.

Application requirements
- For this role you will be required to undertake a National Police Check, which will be organised through Red Cross.
- You will need to provide a recent copy of your CV and provide details for two professional references.
- This role will also require you to hold or apply for a Working With Vulnerable People Check. Red Cross can assist you in applying for this check.
