Position Overview: We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and efficient Office Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our front office.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients with a positive attitude, providing them with a warm and inviting experience.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organising paperwork.
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with production managers and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.




- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail, highly organised and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of automotive terminology and industry experience is a plus but not required.
