Key Responsibilities:

Office, Administration & Resources

- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, facilities, and supplies
- Liaise with building management on maintenance, access, parking, and amenities
- Maintain staging room equipment and consumables
- Organise travel, accommodation, catering, and internal events

Merchandising & Logistics

- Manage company merchandise inventory, procurement, and distribution
- Receive, stage, pack, and coordinate delivery of client hardware
- Track deliveries and follow up with couriers and partners

Inventory & Asset Management

- Maintain accurate records of client and internal hardware




- Manage RMA processes with vendors and clients
- Ensure hardware is logged, stored, issued, and returned per internal processes

Internal Sales & Customer Support

- Provide internal sales and pre‑sales support
- Prepare and manage quotes, purchase orders, and sales documentation
- Coordinate pricing, availability, and lead times with vendors
- Track orders from quote through delivery and invoicing
- Manage sales and service requests via the ticketing system
- Act as the primary point of contact for order‑related customer enquiries
- Ensure transparent handover between sales, delivery, logistics, and finance
