In this role, you'll:

Coordinate the planning and delivery of complex operational integration activities across Sydney Metro station precincts. Working closely with the Senior Manager and the wider team, you will help manage interfaces between railway operations, projects, property, facilities management and third party stakeholders to support safe, effective and well governed precinct outcomes.

You will:

Manage and coordinate operations planning and implementation activities across a range of station precincts including maintaining operational plans, budgets, resources and reporting requirements.

Implement and maintain interface issue management plans ensuring risks, issues, actions and decisions are accurately recorded, monitored and escalated through the appropriate governance pathways.

Support the monitoring of adjacent construction and delivery activities that may affect stations, shared facilities or railway operations. You will coordinate stakeholder inputs and maintain an up-to-date view of operational constraints, impacts, risks and proposed mitigations.

Support precinct governance and Sydney Metro’s landowner obligations by coordinating inputs and maintaining accurate records relating to Building Management Statements, Licensed Maintenance Areas,



strata management, facilities management and other relevant property matters.

Support secondary revenue opportunities by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders, maintaining action tracking and ensuring operational impacts, constraints and risks are appropriately captured and escalated. About you

Experience working with strata, building and facilities managers across complex commercial, infrastructure or transport assets, representing owner interests in BMS, strata and facilities management forums.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships through clear communication, effective negotiation and proactive issue resolution.

Proven ability to assess how property, construction and facilities management activities impact live operations, and work collaboratively to identify risks and implement appropriate controls.

Skilled in interpreting complex contractual, property, operational and technical information, providing practical advice, exercising sound judgement and escalating issues when required.
