Sci-Fleet Motorsare looking forafull-time Accounts PayableOfficer to join our Administration teamat Brendale. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic person looking to build a career in accounts payable and increase their administration skills.This is a great opportunity for someone with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn other key functions within the team.

You will be responsible for:

- High volume accounts payable - end to end process (monthly & weekly payment runs)
- Reconciliation of creditor accounts
- Purchase order matching
- Building relationships and liaisingwith internal & external stakeholders to achieve results
- Manage electronic document and workflow software (Docuware)
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement across accounts payable processes

About you:

- You will have demonstrated experience in a similarrole. Automotive dealership experience is desirable, though not essential




- You can demonstrate your ability to be flexibleand adaptable
- You are able to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines, with minimal data entry errors
- You can build strong working relationships with your team and you have an excellent attitude to teamwork
- You are a team player and areable to work autonomously
- You have solid attention to detail andinterpersonal skills
