The Opportunity

Based in Moomba, SA, on a 15:13 FIFO roster, you will lead day-to-day operations to deliver safe, efficient and customer-focused industrial and waste management services while improving productivity, equipment utilisation and financial performance. Lead an operational team of 40-50 to achieve service, safety and productivity targets

Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance customer outcomes and efficiency

Manage equipment utilisation, maintenance and operational compliance activities

Partner with our Oil & Gas customer to identify and support growth opportunities About You Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on operational leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving performance and balancing customer, safety and commercial outcomes.

Experience managing operational teams in a blue-collar environment

Demonstrated safety leadership and performance focus

Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships to identify and generate additional business opportunitiesAbility to manage competing priorities across multiple workfronts and tight timeframes

Industrial Services experience preferred

Experience in operating high-pressure water blasting equipment (flex lance, tank head cleaners etc.), and supervising high-pressure water blasting jobs is desirable.
