This role is a key member of the WA leadership team, focusing on the delivery and management of high quality services to customers and stakeholders. This role takes primary responsibility for logistics, planning, service delivery and asset management across the Perth business.

Description

- Manage day-to-day logistics operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Implement and monitor operational processes to meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Lead and support a team to achieve effective operations.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior leadership.

Profile A successful Operations Manager should have:





- Proven experience in logistics or operations management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- A solid understanding of logistics processes and supply chain management.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in medical/clinical or care-focused environments will be highly regarded

Job Offer

- Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 AUD + super.
