We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help shape our internal operations, support our people and drive continuous improvement across the business.

The Opportunity

As our Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to oversee the firm's day-to-day operations, people management, systems and governance.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the business runs efficiently while implementing processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the firm's operational functions, ensuring efficient and consistent business performance. · Manage employee onboarding, induction, training, performance management and offboarding. · Maintain leave, attendance and workforce planning systems. · Develop, implement and continuously improve policies, procedures and operational workflows. · Oversee the firm's practice management systems, including LEAP. · Manage relationships with IT providers and other external service partners. · Support recruitment activities and workforce planning. · Assist with budgeting, forecasting and operational financial management.



· Support leadership with financial oversight and reporting. · Coordinate compliance, governance and risk management initiatives. · Oversee the operational delivery of internal communications and marketing activities. · Partner closely with leadership to ensure strategic decisions are effectively implemented across the business.

Skills & Experience

· 7+ years' experience in operations, practice management or business management within a legal or professional services environment.

· Proven experience leading people and managing operational systems and processes. · Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. · Strong understanding of governance, compliance and risk management. · Experience using legal practice management software, with LEAP highly regarded. · Excellent organisational and project management skills. · Robust communication and stakeholder management abilities. · High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
