You'll help ensure reporting activities are completed accurately and on time, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and member outcomes.
You'll collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, monitor changes to regulatory requirements, support risk management activities, and help maintain robust reporting processes and controls. This is a fantastic prospect to deepen your knowledge of superannuation, legislation, and regulatory reporting within one of Australia's leading superannuation funds.
This role is available as both a permanent and max term/secondment opportunity and is based in Brisbane.
Day to day, you'll:
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and within legislated timeframes
- Support regulatory reporting obligations across Operations and the broader Group
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements
- Monitor changes in regulatory obligations and update reporting processes accordingly
- Maintain comprehensive records of regulatory submissions and correspondence
- Identify, assess and mitigate regulatory reporting risks
- Develop, implement and review controls to ensure ongoing compliance
- Conduct audits and reviews of reporting processes
- Provide advice, training and support to stakeholders on regulatory reporting requirements
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting processes, systems and efficiency
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment
