This Performance role sits mostly on the strategy side, inside a performance team of 10. You'd manage a junior directly, with a coordinator handling execution under you, and you're the one leading WIPs with clients and driving the PMax, Shopping, Search Ads, Retargeting, some YouTube campaigns. You’d be mentored by a Head of Performance with commercial acumen and technical platform knowledge, and work on some of the most exciting Tier 1 accounts!

What you'll own:

- Lead SEM and Paid Social strategy,



and devise PMax, shopping, search, retargeting, YouTube and retail media campaigns accordingly
- Manage a junior underneath you to support your campaign execution
- Lead WIPs with clients and act as the day-to-day point of contact
- Own performance and strategy across your patch
- Contribute to the retail media product build as it comes together

What good looks like:

- You're comfortable running strategy and managing clients, and have technical Google Ads knowledge
- You're fluent across PMax, shopping, search, retargeting and increasingly retail media
- You want structure and stability without losing client-facing variety
- Occasional interstate travel excites you
