Do you love turning research and data into scroll-stopping ad ideas that actually move the number? The kind of creative concept a client happily puts $50K of spend behind?

We're looking for a Paid Social Creative Strategist to lead creative performance strategy across our portfolio of DTC and B2B clients. This is a strategy and ideas role first. You'll live in the paid social data, work out what's winning and why, decide what to test next, and turn that into fresh angles and concepts that you brief out to designers, editors and UGC creators. You direct the creative, you don't have to be the one making it.

To set expectations early, this isn't a graphic design or pure copywriting role, and it isn't a brand or campaign role. It's paid social advertising through and through. If you have a strong advertising mind, a flair for creative strategy and you know your way around Meta, you're going to love it here.

The work leans DTC, so if that's your strong suit you'll feel right at home, but you'll need to flex between selling a $60 product and a $60K software decision and make both perform.

What we're looking for

- A paid social advertising background. You've worked hands-on with performance creative on Meta and similar platforms, and you understand what makes an ad convert. This is non-negotiable.

- Performance-native, not brand-led. You've strategised direct-response ads, not campaigns that win awards.
- A genuine flair for creative strategy. You can look at an account, spot the angle nobody else has seen, and turn it into concepts a team can run with.

- You read the data yourself and act on it. You can quantify what's working and what isn't at the creative level, and use it to decide what to test, scale or kill.
- Strong briefing skills. You can direct designers, editors and UGC creators with briefs sharp enough to execute first time.

- Ideally 3+ years hands-on in creative strategy, performance creative or paid social, in an agency or a fast-moving in-house team.
- A track record you can show us: the ad, the angle, and the metric that proved it.
- Experience across both DTC and B2B, or deep experience in one with genuine hunger for the other.

A DTC lean is a plus.

- Confident client-facing skills. You can lead a creative performance conversation and give a client honest feedback in a way that has them thanking you.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and creative analytics tools like Motion or Magic Brief.

- Bonus, not a requirement: the ability to produce creative yourself (scriptwriting, editing, design). Great if you can, but our priority is someone who leads the strategy and thinking.

What you'll be doing

Leading the creative strategy

- Own the creative direction across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube: research, angles, concepts and the plan for what to test next.

- Turn insights into breakthrough angles and a steady stream of new concepts and iteration opportunities for each account.
- Brief designers, editors and UGC creators so they can execute your thinking first time, and give clear feedback on what comes back.

Reading the data and running the testing engine

- Own a weekly creative testing roadmap: scale winners, retire losers, document why.
- Quantify creative performance yourself (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, CPL, ROAS) and turn it into what to make next.

- Partner with our media buyers and lead strategists, and think in message match, treating the ad and the page it lands on as one unit.

Doing the research that finds the angle

- Mine customer reviews, Reddit threads, ad comments, sales calls and competitor accounts for insights.
- Turn research into angles nobody else on the account has seen.
- Stay across platform trends, creative formats and what's working in both DTC and B2B.

Being the creative voice for clients

- Own creative reporting for your accounts: explain what's working, why, and what's next, not just the numbers.
- Lead regular creative performance reviews with client stakeholders.

- Give clients clear, constructive feedback on their creative, whether that's supplied assets, in-house content, brand direction or ideas they bring to the table.
- Bring a point of view to the room and back it with data.
- Share learnings across accounts so wins on one client compound for the rest.

What success looks like in your first six months We want a step up in the quality and speed of creative thinking coming out of farsiight. In practice that means a higher volume of genuinely solid briefs reaching clients, a steady cadence of iteration opportunities spotted and shipped across accounts, and fresh angles that our current thinking wouldn't have found.

Over time, the creative you strategise should hit more winners than what's in market today.

Skills and attitude you'll bring

- Performance literate. You read hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR and ROAS yourself and act on them. Numbers guide your creative instincts, they don't replace them.

- A strong advertising mind. You think like an advertiser, not just a creative. You can quantify why an ad works, and turn that into the next concept worth testing.
- Research obsessed. You're comfortable with the unglamorous work: review mining, comment forensics, sales call listening. That's where the winning angles live.
- Bilingual in buyers. You understand why creative for a $60 impulse purchase and a $60K software decision look nothing alike, and you can make both perform.
- Clear communicator. Whether it's a brief, a report, a client review or a Slack update, you keep it clear, concise and on point.
- Independent and accountable. You work well with autonomy, own the outcomes on your accounts, and always keep your eye on the number.
- Proactive and curious. You already consume this industry obsessively: the newsletters, the podcasts, the swipe files. You don't wait to be told what to study.
- Sharp with AI. You use AI to work faster and think wider, but you know the difference between a solid starting point and finished thinking. You can tell us how you use it.

How to apply

Send your resume, a portfolio, and a short cover letter.

Your portfolio is required, not optional. Include two to three ads you personally strategised, and for each one walk us through the insight, the angle, the strategy and the result (soft metrics are fine). This is the part we care about most, so make it count.

If you don't tick every box but you've owned the strategy for creative that genuinely scaled, apply anyway.
