We're looking for a creative, energetic and social-media Content Creator to join our team and bring our venues and brands to life online. This is a hands-on role working across our 3 childcare centres (Treetop Early Learning) based in Pascoe Vale, Ascot Vale and Epping. We also have 2 restaurant / bar venues.

Soho based in Southbank and Penny Young based in Moonee Ponds. If you enjoy creating engaging content that captures the personality, people, experiences and atmosphere of each of our business’ then we would love to hear from you. What you'll be doing: Capture, edit and deliver content, while contributing ideas within the broader marketing direction.

Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok??

Visit our 3 childcare centres and 2 restaurant/bar venues to capture regular content.

Film Reels, TikToks, Stories, behind-the-scenes content and promotional campaigns

Edit short-form videos and create eye-catching social content

Develop creative content ideas and concepts for each brand

Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, formats and content styles

Write engaging captions and help maintain content calendars

Coordinate content shoots around events, promotions and key dates

Work with our team to identify stories, people and moments worth sharing

Help build a consistent and recognisable online presence across all five venues

Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content About you We're Looking For Someone Who Is Naturally creative and full of ideas





Confident filming on a phone/camera and comfortable around people

Experienced creating Reels, TikToks and other short-form video

Comfortable editing video using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar.

Social-media savvy and understands what makes people stop scrolling

Organised and able to manage content across multiple locations

Reliable, proactive and happy to work independently

Comfortable working in both childcare and hospitality environments

Confident communicating with staff, families, customers and venue teams

Available to work some weekends, particularly when events or high-value content opportunities arise Experience Previous experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, photography, videography or a similar creative role is highly regarded. We care more about your ability to create engaging content than having a long list of qualifications.

What We Offer 24 hours per week, part time

$38–$45 per hour + super, depending on experience
