This position is ideal for someone super reliable, efficient and friendly, and keen to join the wonderful Reception team in our growing Physiotherapy clinic.

Previous reception or customer service experience is required — Cliniko experience is highly regarded.

The Role

This role will start as casual, with a minimum of 2 shifts per week, initially covering afternoon shifts (2:00pm–8:00pm). For the right person, this will progress to a part-time position (around 4 shifts a week), with a mix of morning (8:00am–2:00pm) and afternoon shifts. Saturday mornings may occasionally be required.

- Take ownership and run with things, without needing to be told twice;

- Roll with change — flexible in how they think and how they work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greeting clients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in

- Answering phones, emails and face-to-face enquiries

- Processing payments and managing appointment bookings

- Supporting our physiotherapy and Pilates team so they can focus on great client outcomes

- Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed

- Keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes
