ABOUT US

FRANKIE4 is one of Australia's fastest-growing footwear brands, built on a simple idea: women shouldn't have to move through life in uncomfortable shoes because they want to look good - these things can co-exist.

Founded by podiatrists and backed by science-led design, we've spent the last 15 years redefining what great footwear can be. Today, we have more than 150,000 five-star reviews, 10 concept stores across the globe, and teams based in Brisbane and Seattle supporting customers around the world.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Every conversation, recommendation, and problem solved helps women move through life with confidence and comfort. That's why we're looking for people who genuinely care about delivering exceptional experiences and building meaningful connections with our community.

If you're customer-focused, proactive, and love being part of a fast-moving team that makes a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
