Partner Marketing Specialist/Manager – Contractor - 12 months FTC Location: Sydney - hybrid 2/3 times a week

Algomarketing is looking for an experienced, creative and results-oriented Platform Partner Marketing Manager to support a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation.

You will work directly with strategic SaaS platform partners to understand joint users, develop joint marketing plans and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, activation and growth.

As part of a global Partner Marketing function, you will also help shape the platform partner marketing strategy and investment model.

The role requires close collaboration across partner, sales and marketing teams to increase product adoption through strategic partners and deliver a strong partner experience.

Responsibilities / Role Specific Context

Define annual joint marketing strategies, objectives and measures of success across a portfolio of strategic SaaS platform partners.

Develop joint messaging and create bespoke co-marketing activations with partners.

Execute joint marketing programmes including email campaigns, co-branded webinars and other initiatives designed to drive customer acquisition, product upsell and pipeline generation.

Integrate partners into organisation-led campaigns by collaborating with Campaign Marketing, Regional Marketing, Demand Generation and other cross-functional teams.





Administer and optimise market development funds to maximise return on investment.

Track and measure the performance of co-marketing activities and share learnings to identify the most effective levers for customer acquisition and activation through partners.

Partner closely with Platform Sales and Global Partnerships teams to increase adoption through the assigned partner portfolio and strengthen overall partner satisfaction.

Minimum

Requirements

6–10 years of relevant B2B marketing experience.

Demonstrable experience working closely with go-to-market partners to create joint marketing plans and execute programmes that drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation.

Experience developing joint messaging and creating content collaboratively with partners.

Proven ability to measure and improve the ROI of marketing investments within an indirect or partner-led business model.

Strong understanding of the customer journey through partner distribution channels, including the marketing funnel, sales cycle and product lifecycle.

Ability to translate partner and customer insights into marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue.

Strong capability to understand business objectives and translate them into aligned marketing strategies and executable programmes.
