This is a rare opportunity to join a Perth-based business, operating at national scale - with the opportunity to lead day-to-day partnership operations.

We're looking for a high-agency operator - someone who loves solving problems, brings order to complexity, and takes pride in how they work. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you’ll be running from day one - partner operations, sales motion (lead gen / outreach), and partner success at pace. You’ll grow the relationships we hold with some of the biggest financial and retail brands in the country, and work directly with our executive team.

Reporting directly to our Executive team, the Partnerships Lead is primarily responsible for managing and growing our relationships with financial services and retail partners - continuing to build one of Australia’s most recognisable financial services brands.

Deliver successful day-to-day operations on the WeMoney Awards, with support from the team - from preparing partner collateral, interfacing with our judges, gathering brand applications, preparing market reports, and running events that sit alongside the partnerships function.

Lead sales and award activation conversations with marketing directors, CMOs, founders, and other senior decision-makers.

Lead partnership activations from planning through execution, collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality experiences that align with commercial objectives and operational requirements.





Travel for events and partner meetings is required for this role. Who We’re Looking For

Fintech or financial services experience is a strong plus, but not a must. ? Location: Perth CBD. In-office, five days a week.
