Key Responsibilities

- Parts Planning &
- Procurement

- Develop data-driven procurement plans based on Australian vehicle parc, RHD (right-hand drive) parts characteristics, historical consumption, and sales forecasts.
- Manage supplier performance (including Chery HQ and local vendors) to ensure timely supply, compliance with Australian standards, and cost control. Establish safety stock alert mechanisms for long-lead items.

- Warehouse Logistics

- Oversee import customs documentation and declarations (duty, GST, biosecurity requirements), coordinate sea/air freight to mitigate long supply chain risks.
- Implement local warehouse policies compliant with Australian WHS (Work Health &
- Safety) standards. Optimize storage layout and workflows. Conduct regular performance reviews of logistics partners (e.g., Toll, Linfox, DHL) to achieve delivery SLA and parts condition targets.

Parts

Sales &

- Pricing Strategy

- Execute corporate pricing policies while adapting to Australian market dynamics and exchange rate fluctuations. Develop local promotional campaigns to drive parts sales revenue.
- Provide productive parts lookup, quotation, and technical support to JETOUR Australian dealers and authorized service centers. Continuously improve parts supply satisfaction (e.g., next-day delivery coverage).

Core Return &
- Remanufacturing Management

- Manage warranty core parts collection, inspection, sorting, and return-to-factory process in compliance with Australian environmental regulations and JETOUR’s closed-loop policy.
- Promote the adoption of high-value remanufactured parts in the Australian aftermarket to lower repair costs and achieve resource recycling.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

Education &

- Experience

- 8+ years of parts/inventory management experience in automotive after-sales, preferably with an OEM subsidiary or large distributor in Australia.
- Familiarity with RHD vehicle parts.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Australian import regulations (tariff classification, biosecurity, GST reporting).
- Proficient in DMS (Dealer Management System) and MS Office (Excel pivot tables, inventory forecasting).
- Understanding of lean warehousing, 5S, FIFO, and local WHS requirements.

Soft Skills

- Strong problem-solving and cross-border communication skills (liaising with China HQ).
- Ability to manage local logistics providers and dealer relationships.
- Resilient in long supply chain contexts – able to balance cost, risk, and service level.

Work Rights – Must have legal working rights in Australia.
