The Langham Melbourne is currently seeking an experienced Commis Pastry Chef to join our team.

Job Tasks And Responsibilities

Assures their preparation for the section is prepared and completed to a five star standard

Complete assigned duties across all workstations within the Pastry Kitchen

Advise the Senior Chef on duty of inventory items needed for operational needs as required

Actively promote and participate in teamwork and positive communication with the kitchen and other departments.

Responsible for the hygienic and safe preparation of food within the kitchen and the Food Safety Program.
