The role. We’re looking for an experienced contract pattern maker based locally in Cairns to help bring current designs to life. You’ll work closely with the founder to create samples, test fits, and refine patterns through fittings and adjustments, all paid on a per pattern or per deliverable basis rather than hourly.

What we’re looking for. Proven experience in pattern making and sewing, ideally within womenswear or lifestyle fashion. Strong attention to detail and comfort working from design sketches or reference garments. Based in or around Cairns, so we can collaborate in person when needed. Able to turn around samples within agreed timeframes and communicate clearly on progress.
