About the role
This is a Senior Delivery leadership role responsible for driving execution stakeholder management and operational outcomes across critical payments and card initiatives. You'll be embedded within a leading financial institutions and payment providers, partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes across commercial cards, digital payments, compliance, customer experience, data, and technology transformation.

As part of the practice, you'll be embedded within a major player in the financial services sector, delivering strategic initiatives.
K****ey Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic payments and operational transformation initiatives.
- Drive execution, governance, planning, risk management, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business, operations, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following
- Track record of delivering
- Extensive experience within cards, payments, product operations, scheme management or payment processing environments.
- Robust understanding of credit card products and card issuing operations.
- Proven experience managing relationships with payment schemes, processors, and operational vendors.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, card operations, authorisation, clearing, and settlement processes.
