Join the dynamic team at Kaefer Integrated Services Pty Ltd as a Payroll Officer. In this full-time Fixed-Term role based in Perth CBD, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain employee records and update payroll information as required
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and related documentation
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
- Collaborate with the finance and HR teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a payroll officer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and relevant payroll legislation and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Experience with high volume.
- Experience with SAP
- Proficiency in using payroll software and data management systems
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
