Working closely with our Regional Manager, Service Managers and the broader People & Culture team, you will be a trusted partner to leaders - helping them navigate people matters confidently, build their management capability and make sound, practical decisions.

You Will

Partner with managers across Northern Tasmania to support workforce and people priorities Coach and support managers to strengthen their people management capability Provide practical, risk-based advice on employee relations and industrial matters Undertake employee-related assessments and workplace investigations Support effective recruitment and workforce planning across your portfolio Identify emerging workforce risks, trends and opportunities and provide practical recommendations Build strong relationships across our geographically dispersed services Spend regular time in LGT services across Northern Tasmania,



staying connected to our people and the work they do About You You are an experienced people practitioner who enjoys working alongside managers and helping them work through real-world people challenges.

You Will Bring

Experience working in People & Culture/HR at a partnering or similar level, with demonstrated experience coaching and developing managers Confidence supporting complex employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and workplace concerns The ability to build trusted professional relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders Clear and thoughtful communication skills, including when dealing with sensitive or confidential matters The ability to work independently while remaining connected to a broader, geographically dispersed team A collaborative, practical approach and comfort working through ambiguity A relevant Human Resources qualification or equivalent experience is required.

Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce will be highly regarded.
