As our People Experience Specialist, you’ll partner with our global teams to implement seamless people experiences whilst working to continually improve and modernise the systems and processes that support our teams. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR PEOPLE SUPPORT SPECIAL

ISTYou’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver seamless people operations, maintain accurate people data and continually improve the processes and technology that support our employee experien ce.

We are currently embedding a new HRIS in partnership with Global and fundamentally changing how we onboard, offboard and manage people processes. If you’ve been involved in process mapping, implementing or transitioning to a new HRIS, including managing the change locally, we’d love to hear from you!
