We're a Brisbane-based performance marketing agency working with Australian luxury real estate, and premium professional home improvement service businesses across Australia.

We are a small team and manage clients across Meta and Google Ads and we're good at what we do.

Client management is really important. Great relationships and having genuine care is what we strive for.

The Role

We're growing and adding a senior hire to our team.

You'll be across paid advertising, confident talking with clients on the phone and email and always know what's next - whether its new campaign, increasing budget or revamping creative strategy.

Video advertising is our edge. We handle strategy, scripting and creative direction in-house, with a dedicated team editing every asset for maximum performance.

You'll be managing Meta and Google campaigns, writing copy, briefing ad creative with designers, and delegating to our marketing team. Part of the role is shooting content and may include travelling interstate all across Australia.

This isn't a junior position.

You'll be accountable for campaign results, managing internal projects with the team, talking to clients (emails and phone chats), and driving creative!

You'll also be responsible for managing and mentoring a junior marketing team member, helping set direction and maintain quality across their accounts.

What You'll Own

- Client Relationships - proactive communication, reporting, and retention
- Project Management - Communicating with Creative Director and Google and Web departments to achieve the best client outcomes
- Meta Ads - Facebook and instagram campaign management and creative development across your portfolio of clients




- Google Search Ads - You either have 2-3 years experience here or know how to manage a contractor who does. Ecommerce campaign clients all the way to Local Lead generation on a fixed monthly budget.
- Creative Development - briefing and directing ad creative (video reels and graphics) with our Creative Director, knowing what makes a winning ad
- Copywriting - crafting ad copy, landing page copy, and video sales letter scripts that get attention, engage and convert
- Marketing Strategy - Auditing clients and defining best and highest use of marketing budget across Instagram and Facebook
- Campaign Performance - Fortnightly KPIs, hitting targets and communicating what's next in store for growth. You understand how to read numbers, optimise and split-test to achieve results

Who You Are

- 3-5+ years in a paid meta ads role or similar
- Advanced Meta Ads experience
- Creative thinker who can brief a designer clearly and spot what performs
- Strong client-facing background - you can run meetings and keep clients informed, happy and assured
- Organised and self-directed across multiple accounts simultaneously
- Google Ads experience across search campaigns

Role Offer

- $90,000 - 100,000 base (contingent on experience and case studies)
- Salary review every 6 months
