We’re looking for a highly organised, approachable and proactive Personal Assistant & Group Coordinator to partner closely with our General Manager - Farm Delivery and their broader team predominantly based in the regions. This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of activity - bringing clarity, coordination and a steady hand to support both people and priorities.
You’ll bring structure, organisation and a calm, approachable presence to a fast-moving, insight-driven environment - ensuring priorities stay on track and people feel supported.
Key Responsibilities Provide proactive executive and administrative support to the General Manager, including diary, travel and correspondence management
Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics,
preparation of materials and minute taking
Prepare, format and edit high-quality reports, presentations and business documents
Anticipate priorities and proactively provide briefing materials to support decision-making and strategic discussions
Support regional teams operations through meeting coordination, travel bookings and day-to-day administration
Maintain accurate records across systems including finance processes and Salesforce
Assist with planning and delivery of events, workshops and stakeholder sessions
Collaborate with other Personal Assistants to ensure seamless support and contribute to continuous process improvement.
About You
You’re a highly organised, proactive professional who enjoys supporting leaders and teams delivering complex, meaningful work. You bring a friendly, grounded approach and are confident working with a broad range of stakeholders, including technical and research-focused teams. You’ll Bring Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Team Coordinator or similar role supporting senior leaders
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across varied and technical stakeholder groups
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality A proactive, solutions-focused mindset - you anticipate needs and take initiative
Strong written communication skills across reports, presentations and correspondence
Confidence working independently while staying connected to your team
