What you'll be doing
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing information on medications and health-related topics
- Accurately processing customer prescriptions and sales transactions
- Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing administrative support to the pharmacy team
- Ensuring a clean, organised and welcoming pharmacy environment
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within the healthcare or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and informative customer service
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A keen interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy products and services
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow established policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work part time hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
