At Slade Pharmacy Box
Hill, you’ll work closely with pharmacists, clinicians, nurses, and technicians, manage specialised medications, and contribute meaningfully across the patient journey — from diagnosis through to treatment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities: Receive, dispense and supply medications for hospital inpatients and outpatients
Assist in processing and maintaining imprest levels, and managing hospital ward stock
Reconcile and manage prescriptions and patient medication discharge profiles
Provide support and customer service to patients, carers and hospital staff
Assist with S2/S3 sales
Support the pharmacist
Provide support for phone enquiries
Process PBS claims and assist in producing medication profiles to hospital patients on discharge
Confidently complete administrative and record keeping duties
Assist with patient account enquiries Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about joining our team and delivering modern, patient-focused pharmacy services. In this role, you will: Be driven by the desire to have a positive impact on another person’s life

Have knowledge of the PBS

Value attention to detail and able to work autonomously Eligibility Requirements: Previous experience dispensing medication in an Australian or New Zealand pharmacy
Experience and knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
