Role Overview
Come join the team at Sydney Theatre Company as our Philanthropy & Partnerships Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our fundraising programs. This exciting, varied role supports a dynamic team across philanthropy, partnerships and events, ensuring our donors and partners receive the best possible experience at every touchpoint. Working At STC
This is a permanent full time role.
- Based at the STC Wharf Offices, with travel to other sites as required.

What We're Looking For
- Proven time management and administration skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively,
work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both internal teams and external stakeholders to cultivate positive and enduring relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.
- Demonstrated high computer literacy and experience in database management, preferably Tessitura.
- A solutions-oriented approach with a commitment to working collaboratively with others and fostering a supportive team environment.
- Discretion and judgment in dealing with sensitive data on individuals.
