About The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Residential electrical rough‑ins and fit‑offs
- New home electrical installations
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
- Communicating effectively with builders, supervisors and other trades
- Managing your daily workload and meeting project deadlines
- Leading Hands will also:
- Coordinate daily site activities
- Support and mentor team members
- Assist with project scheduling and workflow management
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
- Experience in residential or project home construction
- Solid commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous leadership experience will be highly regarded for Leading Hand positions
