ALH Recruitment is seeking experienced Pipelayers, Pipe Labourers & Concreters to join high performing civil crews on major infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. If you’ve got proven civil experience, enjoy working outdoors, and want consistent hours with a supportive team, this is the opportunity for you.

What you’ll do:

- Install, align and join pipes for stormwater, sewer, and water mains
- Read and interpret plans, levels, and specifications
- Assist with trench prep, backfilling, and compaction
- Constructing and finishing concrete drainage structures - pits, manholes, headwalls & other infrastructure
- Work safely around machinery, hand tools & laser levels
- Collaborate with your crew to deliver high-quality outcomes on time

What you’ll need:

- Experience as a Labourer/Pipelayer laying storm water, sewer and water mains - highly regarded
- Experience in pit/manhole building, constructing gullies, headwalls
- White Card (Construction Induction) - essential
- Confident with lasers and site equipment
- Tickets such as Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, Roller, Excavator etc (advantageous)
- Current driver’s licence + reliable transport




- Strong ability to read and interpret drawings
