We are seeking a professional and experienced Pizza Shop Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our busy pizza store in Bronte.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations
- Lead and motivate the team
- Manage staff rosters and shifts
- Maintain food quality and presentation
- Manage stock, ordering and wastage
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and workplace standards
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage takeaway and delivery operations
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Help achieve sales and operational targets

- Previous experience as a restaurant, pizza or hospitality manager
