About the Role
As a Planning Officer, you will:
- Assess and process a range of development applications.
- Provide planning and development advice to applicants and community members.
- Undertake site inspections and contribute to development assessment outcomes.
- Prepare reports and recommendations for decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, government agencies, applicants, and the community.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.

- Communicates clearly and professionally.
- Demonstrates initiative, sound judgement and a customer-focused approach.
- Holds a qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.
- Experience in development assessment is desirable but not essential. We welcome applications from graduates,

Salary range is Level 5 between $104,068 and $108,312 plus superannuation guarantee and will be negotiated commensurate with skills, experience, and qualifications. Prospect to develop and progress through Grades!
