Step into a newly created role where insights help shape the future of leadership across Retail Insurance Australia (RIA). As our Planning, Projects &
- Insights Specialist, you'll bring together data, stakeholder feedback and operational insights to uncover trends and identify opportunities across leadership and coaching capability for brands such as NRMA and RACQ Insurance. Alongside that, you'll play a key role in planning, governance and project delivery across the Leadership Development &
- Performance team, and in strengthening those practices. If you enjoy connecting the dots, turning information into meaningful action, and keeping teams and projects on track, this is a chance to make a genuine impact.
This is a permanent full time role based in multiple locations across Australia.
What You'll Do
- Bring together operational data, employee feedback and stakeholder insights to identify trends and opportunities across leadership and coaching capability.
- Develop meaningful leadership insight reports and strategic narratives that support better business decisions.
- Measure and benchmark coaching and leadership effectiveness to help inform future priorities and investment.
- Support annual planning, governance processes and delivery rhythms across the Leadership Development &
- Performance team.
- Provide project management support across leadership and capability initiatives, helping teams stay organised and on track.
- Uplift project management and governance in the Leadership Development &
- Performance team, by building capability and implementing templates, standards and ways of working
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, planning and insight generation through data, technology and AI.
What You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in workforce insights, business reporting, culture, planning, governance or project management environments.
- Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative information to uncover meaningful business insights.
- Strong Excel skills, including confidence working with large datasets, lookups and pivot tables.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting planning, governance or project delivery activities.
- Experience creating project documentation, templates and ways of working
- Confidence working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and influence decision making.
