ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused All Round Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe production operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate plant machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.

- Identify and report equipment faults, defects, and safety concerns.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

- Work from a set of plans, by yourself or in a team.

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL:

- Previous experience operating plant or heavy machinery.
- Skid Steer / Excavator / Front End Loader - These are a Must

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Physically fit and able to work in a hands-on environment.





- Current HR driver's licence (Minimum).

DESIRABLE:

- Relevant plant operation tickets, licences, or certifications.

- Experience in civil construction, carpark construction, demolition.

- Skid Steer, loader, excavator, or other machinery operating certifications.
