Du and Associates Lawyers is a quick-growing generalist practice located in the heart of the CBD with a super friendly team and beautiful Hyde Park views. Du and Associates is offering an internship position to PLT students with an immediate start. If found successful the applicant may be offered a full-time position as a graduate solicitor.

Responsibilities And Challenges Assisting solicitors in case matters such as legal research and the preparation of legal documents; Assist solicitors at court hearings; General administration duties such as file management, responding to correspondence and office maintenance, filing and the delivering documents.

Selection Criteria The successful applicant will possess: Some experience in a generalist practice having worked in any of the following areas:

conveyancing;

litigation;

criminal law;

family law; and/or wills and estate.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Keen attention to detail and proven capacity to work in a team. Effective organisational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service orientated mindset and strong relationship building capabilities.
