The position:
We have just been awarded a new subdivision housing contract in Ramingining and Outstation works. We are looking for qualified, driven & reliable plumbers who will be responsible for the safe and cost-effective delivery of recent community housing, upgrades and maintenance works. It is essential you have broad residential experience with the ability to problem solve, work alone and manage all aspects of the plumbing trade including fault finding, material ordering and installation.

The role:
Reporting to the Construction Manager - Ramingining or Project Manager Housing your role will include:
· New community housing including, Sewer installations, Hot and cold water installations, Plumbing fit-offs, Hot water system installations (solar, heat pump and electric),
· Upgrade of community housing.
· Commercial & Residential maintenance.
What We Offer:
· $55.00 - $60.00 per hour (depending on skills & experience) superannuation. Generally over 70hrs per week.
· FIFO shared accommodation and meals supplied (Own room with Ensuite)
· Relocation assistance: flights and/or travel expenses which will be negotiated with successful applicant, including shipping of tools
· FIFO from Darwin on 4 weeks on 1 week off roster, Some flexibility in this.
Experience Required:
· Plumber Drainer trade certificate
· Gas Fitter trade certificate – Desirable
· NT Plumbing license or equivalent – Desirable
· Back Flow Prevention & TMV qualification – Desirable
· Construction Induction White Card
· Working at heights
· Current Drivers Licence
· Working with Children’s Card
· Experience in remote community works will be an advantage To apply:
