About the role

APS Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumbing/Hydraulic Site Foreman to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This full-time role will oversee and coordinate plumbing and hydraulic works on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard and in accordance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

What you'll be doing

- Supervising a team of plumbers and coordinating their work to meet project timelines and objectives
- Liaising with project managers, builders, and other contractors to ensure seamless integration of plumbing and hydraulic services
- Interpreting and implementing technical drawings, specifications, and building codes
- Ensuring all plumbing and hydraulic works adhere to local regulations and safety requirements
- Identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise on site
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all work performed
- Providing mentorship and training to less experienced plumbers on the team

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Plumbing/Hydraulic Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
- Formal qualifications in plumbing,



such as a Certificate III in Plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and hydraulic systems, as well as relevant building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards
