Role: Poly Technician

Poly Technician – Full Time (9-Day Fortnight)

One of our prestigious clients is seeking a skilled Poly Technician to join our production team. This role is hands-on, involving polyethylene welding, fabrication, assembly, and quality assurance .

You’ll be part of a high-performing team delivering precision manufacturing solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Butt & electrofusion welding of polyethylene pipelines (PMBWELD301E/302E).
- Plastic extrusion welding and fabrication.
- Operating machinery, assembling materials, and conducting inspections.
- Maintaining OHSE compliance (ISO45001:2018) and QA standards (ISO9001:2015).
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Site work, including installation, measurement, and client interaction.

Requirements





- Welding certifications (butt/electrofusion).
- Forklift licence (LF) and valid driver’s licence.
- Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work overtime and travel when required.
